I recently dined at Tiflis Veranda Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food, particularly the Pfakali and pasta, was decent and enjoyable. However, I must say that the service left much to be desired. The waitstaff seemed inattentive, with a couple of lady waiters engrossed in conversation with guests on the balcony while smoking, neglecting other diners.
The restaurant does offer a stunning view of old Tbilisi, which is its standout feature. For tourists seeking a picturesque backdrop, it's worth a visit just for the view. However, if you prioritize good service along with your meal, this might not be the ideal choice. The excellent view can't entirely compensate for the disappointing service experience.

This is great place with amazing view. The food was delicious, the portions were large, everything was prepared very quickly. The administrator (the girl in the black suit) was very helpful, спасибо вам! And the prices for the restaurant with THIS view are very comfortable. Would love to return!
An amazing gustatory experience. We tried the breakfast which was wonderful and fulfilling, later on we ordered the Imeretian khachapuri, which was an absolute pleasure. The juices were fresh and appealing, giving us a truly vibrant start for the day.
Staff is friendly and polite.
The view is eye catching due to the high altitude of the restaurant and location.
